{"id":336,"date":"2017-10-18T08:45:19","date_gmt":"2017-10-18T07:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.api-capacitors.com\/es\/?p=336"},"modified":"2023-04-21T10:25:23","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T10:25:23","slug":"por-que-especificar-condensadores-de-pelicula-film","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.api-capacitors.com\/es\/por-que-especificar-condensadores-de-pelicula-film\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 especificar condensadores de pel\u00edcula\/film?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los condensadores que utilizan la tecnolog\u00eda de pel\u00edcula de pol\u00edmero ofrecen las siguientes ventajas cuando los siguientes problemas del sistema adquieren importancia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alta fiabilidad<\/li>\n<li>Altas corrientes de impulso<\/li>\n<li>Valores no est\u00e1ndar y\/o tolerancia ajustada<\/li>\n<li>Baja absorci\u00f3n diel\u00e9ctrica<\/li>\n<li>Cambio de capacitancia extremadamente peque\u00f1o con la tensi\u00f3n aplicada<\/li>\n<li>Estabilidad de la capacitancia con la frecuencia<\/li>\n<li>Peque\u00f1a variaci\u00f3n de la capacitancia con el cambio de temperatura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los condensadores de pel\u00edcula\/film constan de dos l\u00e1minas de aluminio que act\u00faan como electrodos. Estos electrodos de l\u00e1mina est\u00e1n separados por un diel\u00e9ctrico de pel\u00edcula de pol\u00edmero. Estos materiales se enrollan de forma no inductiva para formar el elemento condensador. Los cables se sueldan directamente al electrodo de l\u00e1mina de aluminio que se extiende a ambos lados del elemento condensador.<\/p>\n<p>Un grosor suficiente de la pel\u00edcula diel\u00e9ctrica es esencial para soportar el campo el\u00e9ctrico aplicado. Dado que los electrodos de l\u00e1mina suelen tener un grosor de unas 5um, el diel\u00e9ctrico suele ser m\u00e1s grueso que el de los condensadores de pel\u00edcula metalizada. Estas son las razones por las que las dimensiones f\u00edsicas de los condensadores Film\/Foil son mayores que las de los tipos metalizados.<\/p>\n<p>Los electrodos de los condensadores de pel\u00edcula metalizada son una capa extremadamente fina de metal que se deposita al vac\u00edo directamente sobre la pel\u00edcula diel\u00e9ctrica. El cable conductor se conecta a los electrodos mediante un pulverizador met\u00e1lico aplicado a cada extremo del elemento del condensador, el cable conductor se suelda a este pulverizador met\u00e1lico final. Los condensadores de pel\u00edcula metalizada se fabrican utilizando una pel\u00edcula diel\u00e9ctrica mucho m\u00e1s fina que la que se suele utilizar en el dise\u00f1o de pel\u00edcula\/film de la misma clasificaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEsto se debe a las caracter\u00edsticas de autocuraci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula metalizada. La autocuraci\u00f3n elimina un fallo o cortocircuito en la pel\u00edcula diel\u00e9ctrica mediante la vaporizaci\u00f3n del electrodo met\u00e1lico que rodea el defecto y a\u00edsla la zona.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de los condensadores de pel\u00edcula metalizada ofrece una mayor resistencia al aislamiento, una mejor estabilidad de la capacitancia, una elevada capacidad de transporte de corriente para aplicaciones de impulsos (alta capacidad dV\/dt) y un factor de disipaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s bajo. La excelente disipaci\u00f3n de calor del dise\u00f1o Film\/Foil es el resultado de que los electrodos de l\u00e1mina met\u00e1lica act\u00faan como conductores del calor, lo que transfiere el calor fuera del interior de la unidad. Esta disipaci\u00f3n superior del calor permite una aplicaci\u00f3n de mayor tensi\u00f3n, en comparaci\u00f3n con el metalizado, a la misma frecuencia.
