Our extensive R&D capability and high voltage, high current test laboratory have been used by several large aerospace contractors to prototype and type test high temperature capacitors with customised packaging for both in-plane and ground based aerospace applications. We have the capability to undertake FMEA and Reliability Analysis and advanced mechanical and electromagnetic and electrostatic modelling.
APIC have experience with high energy density units for automotive applications and extremely high density, low life units for use in motor sport. We are not a high volume standard product supplier and we do have the capability to produce samples for prototyping and we are familiar with automotive PPAP approval systems.
